Penny Bridge Academy
Yesterday morning Sarah and I did the first of our Easter assemblies for the children of Penny Bridge Academy. We started by singing Inright Outright as it tells of Jesus cares for me when he died on Calvary. We told the Easter story using an egg puppet, so we had loads of egg type yolks in it as well. It involved the children as they held out coloured ribbons which represented the various events over Easter. To finish off we sang God can do Anything. Then I closed with a prayer.
