St Peters

Today we did our first assembly of the new school year at St Peters.  It was great to see all the children again following the summer holidays.  We started by singing God's Love is Bigger than a Burger then Sarah went onto tell the story of the parts of the body not working together as they should.  I followed this up with the verse of Jesus Love one another as I have loved you.  I also pointed out to the a jig saw and explained that in a jig saw no piece is any more important than any other, they are all needed to make the whole picture.  this led on to talking about how we can show love to one another and Shine from the inside out.  Cue for a song, after the song Sarah closed with a prayer.
