Today we did an assembly on God's love and how that gets shown to us. We started off with Sarah getting a text message from me which was a bit in code and needed some one to help. Then I used Semaphore to say hello to Sarah and she responded with Morse code. The point was we can communicate in many different ways and the children gave us a few other examples. But we asked how does God communicate to us and in particular His Love for us. I took a sheet of paper and folded it a few times then tore a strip of it to show a cross. We finished the assembly with a prayer.
