Crosthwaite School

This afternoon Sarah and I have been over to Crosthwaite School for the assembly.  We started by singing So Many Ways to Praise the Lord.  Then Sarah had the word fire on the screen all in flames and asked what the children thought about when they see or hear about fire a number of good responses came back.  I then retold the story of Pentecost partly using the Lion Storyteller Bible and adding to it as I went along.  Sarah then finished off by talking a bit more about the Holy Spirit before we sang our second song Shine.  To finish we said a prayer.
